It’s the end of the calendar year and we have not driven it much at all because we’re building a house and need to stay nearby. It has acted as a mobile office, replete with computer, scanner, and various printers. So, unfortunately, no road trips this year. We look forward to next year. It has remained winterized all year and we have not yet fixed the cracked windshield. On a few occasions I have noticed the inverter/charger was failing to charge the battery, whether plugged in or on generator power....

Yesterday the Inverter/Charger stopped working for some reason and I lost all shore power. Powering off everything and restarting the system didn’t fix it. This morning I did fix it by taking apart the SmartPlug power receptacle on the outside and tightening the wire connectors, which were loose! I used a Phillips screwdriver and a 1/8" Allen wrench. At least it wasn’t a software bug this time, but come on!...

Just returned from a 4,026 mile road trip through 13 states. Van performed quite well and averaged 15.6 mpg spending $908.30 on gas. Occasionally the ACC would be temporarily disabled, no clue as to why. One time in slow traffic the ACC lost track of the car in front of us and started to accelerate into them. This happened one time before on the drive back home from Airstream of Greensboro, also in slow traffic....

Inverter would not turn on after driving all day and arriving at campsite. Very frustrating. Some train horn noise at Land of Memories Park, but only medium distance.

So today the van is on shore power and the A/C is running but the house battery is not charging and the microwave is not on. It says the inverter is “off” when it should be “passthru.” I tap the inverter button and the inverter turns on and starts drawing power from the battery and the microwave comes on. All while the A/C keeps running. This makes sense since the A/C is controlled by the Firefly but is not powered through the inverter....

Package 1 Belkin USB-C to USB-A 2M cable This Review of the Airstream Rangeline by Lynda is right on. - I totally agree with the electrical issues being frustrating. My inverter sometimes just stops working. It’s like Airstream didn’t do any testing at all. This a completely unacceptable way to make a product. - Note: It has 200 Watts of power, not 200 Amps....

I should note that I have a great pair of pliers-wrench that are the best I’ve ever used. They have come in handy working on the van. They’re a bit pricey but function much better than other pliers....

I’m noticing that the inverter shuts off every so often and I can’t get it to come back on. Watching this Facebook post to see if replacing the 9-pin Soul SeeLevel module with a 7-pin module will fix it? Installed curtain track and a curtain. Considering installing the other one somewhere between the galley and the bath for a little changing area, but not sure about where to put the track....
