18" x 23" gray silicone mat Looked through many, many, many different versions of silicone mats. There are two that are 18" x 23" and this one has smaller ridges. It should fit exactly on the countertop, since it is 23" wide from the left edge to the power outlets. See it installed here

Silicone table mat Little kids are messy and spill things, and this should help keep their items from slipping as we drive down the road (and also help contain any spills). It’s a lighter color so they can color on it if they want, though I don’t know how well crayons or washable markers adhere to silicone. See it installed here
